气孔的产生原因:
1.熔炉大修或者中修.长期停炉后干燥不彻底。2.原材料潮湿.有油污.水份。3.润滑油质量不好。4.熔体在炉中过热。5.工具末彻底干燥。6.燃气水分过大。7.熔炼的时间过长。
疏松一般分为两种:一种是收缩间产生的疏松,一种是末去除溶体气体形成的疏松。疏松的形成主要因素与熔体的气体含量与铸锭成形时过度带的尺寸.形状以及结构有关。
从上述案例看,虽然事件已过去整整三十多年,但是对于大家铝加工探索与发展提供了非常宝贵的数据和借鉴。

加强成分杂质的控制,有效减少非金属夹渣物的增多。
.采用液体供料,缩小了金属在溶炉停留时间,使溶炉内的气体在不饱和的作用下得到释放和分解。
